📦 Shipping Policy
✅ Shipping Eligibility
- We ship Worldwide but only to states or regions where raccoon ownership is legal and permitted by wildlife and exotic pet laws.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the legality of raccoon ownership in their state or country before placing an order.
- We do not ship internationally unless legal importation and wildlife handling laws are clearly met and documented.
🚚 Delivery Methods
- Raccoons are transported using specialized, USDA-approved animal courier services to ensure safety and minimal stress during travel.
- In some cases, personal delivery or in-person pickup at our facility may be required or preferred.
⏱ Shipping Timeframe

Return & Refund Policy
❗️ Important Note: All Animal Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of live animal transport and adoption, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a raccoon has been shipped or picked up—except in specific, pre-approved circumstances outlined below.
🔄 Return Exceptions
We may allow a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery only if:
- The animal arrives dead on arrival (DOA) or in visibly critical health (verified by a certified exotic animal vet).
- There was a shipping error, and the wrong animal was delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- You must contact us immediately within 2 hours of delivery.
- Provide video/photo proof upon opening.
- Obtain written confirmation from a licensed veterinarian.
🚫 No Returns For:
- Change of mind
- Legal issues in your area
- Improper housing or care resulting in health problems
- Allergies, behavior challenges, or compatibility concerns
Cancellations
- Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing your order or reservation.
- After 24 hours, a 25% non-refundable cancellation fee applies.
- If the raccoon has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
